NEW SHIPPING RATES EFFECTIVE 1/28/2012 To all of our valued customers. For the last twelve years Toy Soldier Brigade has maintained one of the lowest shipping rates in the industry. Unfortunately as of January 22, 2012 the USPS has again decided to raise their rates. They have done so every January for the last few years, and we have elected not to raised our shipping charges. But with this latest rate increase I am forced to raise my shipping charges. U.S customers will only see an increase of one dollar for both 1st Class Mail and Priority Mail rates on loose gear orders. International rates will increase the most. Priority Mail International received the largest increase by the USPS. Please note that these are flat rates. We will continue to review your order and if it can be shipped for less we will refund your extra shipping. I.E. some small international orders may be able to ship in a small flat priority rate box. Rates as of January, 28 20012 will be as follows:
SECURE ONLINE ORDERING You can order from our site with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or eCheck using PayPal. This is one of the easiest and most secure ways to shop online. Just click the "Add To Cart" button for the items you wish to purchase. This will add items to your shopping cart. When your done shopping click the "Checkout" button, and you will be directed to the PayPal web site. You can check the contents of your shopping cart anytime by clicking the "View Cart" button. If your not a PayPal member sign up is easy and free. You can also place a one time credit card order with out being a PayPal Member. ORDERING BY PHONE You may place your order by phone using your credit card. Please note we are a home based business, and may not be available when you call. You can leave a message with your name and phone number, and we will get back to you a quickly as possible. If you prefer to order by mail, print and complete a copy of our order form. If you are unable to print our order form a hand written copy containing the same information is acceptable. Complete and send to the address below. We accept personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks when ordering by mail. If mailing, order payment must be in the form of International Postal Money Order or Personal Checks Drawn on U.S. Bank Only. USPS 1st Class Mail & with Tracking - 4.95 International customers please read before placing orders. Toy Soldier Brigade continues to offer the lowest international shipping rates and best customer service to our many overseas customers. In the ten plus years we have been open for business we have had very few international orders go MIA. USPS 1st CLASS MAIL - STANDARD INTERNATIONAL - 14.00 USD - Order is shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Can be used for all gear including nude bodies. Your order must weigh under 4 pounds. If it exceeds 4 pounds your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International, and you will receive a payment request through PayPal for any shipping balance due on your order. Your order will not ship until this balance is paid in full. Tracking and insurance are not available with this shipping option. Use this shipping method at your own risk. We are not responsible for any lost orders shipped via 1st class mail. We do realize that our flat overseas rate may just be to much for some orders. A credit to your account will be made accordingly for excess shipping charges. Please do not email me asking where your order is until you have checked with your post office or customs office. The US customs number that you are sent when your order ships is a delivery confirmation number, not a tracking number. Please be advised that this shipping method can take between 10 to 60 days. If you need your order faster please select the Priority Mail International shipping option. USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL - 35.95 USD - Your order is shipped USPS Priority Mail International. This option is for the customer who wants their order faster than standard airmail. It is also the only overseas shipping method that is track able, and is partially insured. Delivery time is 6 to 10 days, but can take longer with customs delays. In the event that an order is lost a claim can not be filed for 45 days from the shipped date. USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL - The only USPS shipping service that is 100% track able and insured. Delivery time is 3 to 5 days, but can take longer due to customs delays. Please note that this option is not available at check out. You will have to select the Priority Mail option and you will be invoiced for your shipping balance due. All over sized items - vehicles - large model kits will be invoiced for shipping balances.
