Gift Certificates must be purchased through PayPal.  They can not be processed by Phone or Mail Order.  You will be issued a redemption code by PayPal at the time of your purchase.  You will need that number to use your gift certificate on our site.  Toy Soldier Brigade does not keep records of these codes. It is the customers responsibility to do so.  TSB is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.  Gift Certificates are only redeemable for in stock merchandise.  Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.  Please feel free to email us with any questions you may have.
